Uno dei titoli più interessanti dello scorso anno per le piattaforme PCVR arriva finalmente anche per Oculus Quest in una versione completa di tutti i contenuti e gli update rilasciati negli ultimi mesi e che aggiunge anche nuove modalità richieste dalla fan base, come la modalità free locomotion che permette di muoversvi negli ambienti di gioco in maniera più naturale utilizzando lo stick analogico. In Death: Unchained è un uno shooter rogue-lite in cui, armati di arco e frecce e di altri strumenti incantati, dovremo farci spazio tra esseri demoniaci in ambienti generati proceduralmente. La fortuna del titolo Superbright è dovuta, oltre che all’estrema precisione dei controlli in VR, considerati un riferimento per quanto riguarda l’uso di arco e frecce, anche alla praticamente infinita rigiocabilità grazie a livelli e mondi di gioco che cambiano continuamente di partita in partita. Il team di sviluppo con il comunicato di lancio, ha anche annunciato che il gioco continuerà ad essere supportato a lungo dopo il lancio e che presto arriveranno nuovi contenuti e funzionalità richieste dalla community.

24 July 2020 | Wroclaw, Poland – Superbright is proud to announce that the ambitious procedurally generated rogue-lite, In Death: Unchained is finally out exclusively on the Oculus Quest. The game is available for 29.99 USD.
This is Only the Beginning
The developer has announced their plans for the long-term support of the game. Players can expect to see continuous content and quality updates for the foreseeable future, and the team is planning to release a new and exciting expansion of the game scheduled for Halloween. Much of the updates and new content is planned to be driven through community feedback.
Free Locomotion Added for Launch + More
One of the first major free updates added to the game already is optional free locomotion with both snap rotation (default) and continuous rotation options. After hearing concise fan feedback prior to launch, the team quickly got to work to ensure this feature was in place for release.
The update also includes enhanced leader boards (new tables for bow and crossbow), improved visuals utilising the latest Quest OS update, enhanced colours in multiple areas and layout changes to the Sanctuary section.
